GYNAECOLOGY

Hysterectomy and ovarian tumor operations are done commonly. LAVH and TLH are done by trained laparoscopic surgeon. We specialise in Gynae oncology radical operation and chemo therapy is done and monitored by medical boards.

ORTHOPAEDICS

Four orthopaedic surgeons are attached with us taking care of our TRAUMA UNIT and FRACTURE SURGERIES. We also specialize in JOINT REPLACEMENTS. Diagnostic and Therapeutic ARTHROSCOPY are performed by dedicated surgeons (Knee / Shoulder / Hip / Ankle)

SPINE SURGERY

Both Orthopaedic and neuro surgeons form a team to carry out difficult spine operation s. We have dedicated spine surgery theatgres with well-trained paramedics and rehab team. Our results are comparable to National and International Standards.

UROLOGY

URS L/C, PCNL,, TURP and TURBT are commonly done procedures. We use laser for precision and to minimise blood loss. Our medical board takes care of Kidney, Bladder and Prostate tumors.

NEURO SURGERY

Craniotomy and Burrhole Surgeries are done on a regular basis. Trauma Units work 24 x 7 to drain extra dural and sub dural haematomas. We treat brain tumors by a dedicated team of Neuro Surgeons, Radiotherapists and Oncologists.

THORACIC AND VASCULAR SURGERY

We are one of the very few surgical units which specialises in all types of thoracic cases (Infective and Neoplastic). Aneurysms and Fistulas are commonly performed vascular procedures.

COLORECTAL SURGERY

Hemicolectomy, ABR, anterior resection with low anastomosis are commonly done procedures for malignant cases. Advanced procedures are done for Haemorroids, Fistula, Fissure and Rectal Prolapse. We operated on a series of patients for Adenomatous Polyposis of Colon by TOTAL PROCTOCOLECTOMY and they are doing well and are under followup for the last 15 years.

ONCOLOGY

All types of GI Oncology, soft Tissue and Bone Malignancies and Oral cancers, Breast and Thyroid cases, Gynaecological oncology and malignancies of the Genito Urinary track are dealt according to International Protocols. We follow up each and every patient and form self help groups to educate and rehabilitate our patients.

PLASTIC & COSMETIC SURGERY

Faciomaxillary Surgery with reconstruction, breast surgeries with immediate and delayed reconstruction, different flaps as well as free flaps are some of the common procedures we perform regularly. Liposuction, lifts, nose job, augmentation and reduction manoplasty and gender change operations are done by dedicated surgical team. We have dedicated surgeons and paramedics who specialise in Hair transplants.

MOTHER & CHILD CARE

Involvement of mothers and families in the routine care of their newborns is essential not only for improving baby’s short and long-term health and development outcomes, but also to improve the overall experience of care by families. It is here that the concept of ‘zero separation’ of the mothers with their small and sick babies after birth, and mother-newborn care unit (MNCU), comes in.

Mother–newborn care unit (MNCU) is an area inside the hospital/health facility wherein sick and small newborns are taken care of by their mothers on a 24×7 basis. Such an area can be created in hospitals/health facilities that provide special newborn care, i.e. care to babies who are not critically sick but do require oxygen support and intravenous fluids for a few days. Most babies requiring special newborn care can be managed with mothers in MNCU, and 80-85% of babies requiring care in these units who are not critically sick, can be managed with mothers in MNCU.
